What is included in the hotel rate?
Our hotel rate includes: overnight stay and daily cleaning service with change of towels; continental breakfast; Wi-Fi internet connection; VAT.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we do accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept Maestro and Pagobancomat.
It is safe to pay online with a credit card?
Your credit card details are safe, as all personal data is encrypted and treated confidentially. Reservations received with missing and/or invalid credit card details are not considered confirmed - and therefore guaranteed. Any time after the booking has been made, the hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the card provided upon reservation and to pre-authorize a specific amount (see cancellation policy). The credit card details will be stored securely and used only for the total charge of the booking amount (where applicable) or for the charge of the penalty amount in case of no-show or late cancellation according to the policy of the selected rate. How do I know if the reservation is confirmed?
You receive the booking confirmation right after you finish your reservation process.
Can I cancel my reservation?
A reservation made on our website with a standard rate (no special offer, no promo) can be amended and/or canceled up to 2 days prior arrival (4 pm local time).
What happens in case i do not show, or my arrival is delayed as well as my departure is moved up?
Cancellations up to 2 days prior arrival are free of charge. In case of NO-SHOW, as well as late arrival and/or early departure incur in 100% cancellation fee. Such amount will be charged to the credit card given upon confirmation.

At what time can I check-out? At what time is check-out?
Rooms are confirmed from 2 pm on arrival day untill 11 am on departure day. Should you arrive later than 9 pm, please contact us.

Do you have a private parking facility? How much does it cost?
Some room typologies included a car park; upon arrival we will show you where you can leave your car during your stay.
The hotel has a small private car park at the backyard: should you park you car here, you are requested to leave the car keys at the reception, in order to help us in the parking management. Alternatively, a parking space is guaranteed at Parking Aquileia. Access to this parking lot is organized with a numbered parking card which is given with the payment of a deposit of EUR 20,00. Such deposit will be given back upon returning the parking card.
The parking spot cannot be booked in advance and is set upon arrival (subject to availability).
Do you provide baby beds? How much do you charge?
Upon request, we can arrange a baby bed in your room for your child (0-1 year old). Extra charge to be paid upon departure.
Can I smoke in my room?
No, we are non-smoking facility and it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms.
Is breakfast included in the hotel rate?
Breakfast is always included in the hotel. The charge for extra breakfast is EUR 16,00 (EUR 12,00 for children up to 11 years old).
At what time is brekfast served?
Generally, breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am (opening hours may vary, please refer to reception information upon arrival)
Is internet connection available?
Free wi-fi connection is available throughout the hotel, lobby and rooms. Ask for the password at the reception in order to get connected during your stay.
What’s your pet policy?
Small dogs are welcome. Please ask our staff for any further questions.
How much for the beach service?
For those room typologies which do not include beach service, the cost for 1 parasole + 2 sun loungers is EUR 20,00/day. Such service cannot be booked in advanced and it is subject to availability (May to September).
Do you rent bikes?
Unfortunately we do not have a bike rental service. You can rent bikes and other velocipedes at Butterfly store, just around the corner.
Do you offer laundry service?
We can arrange laundry service (except for underwear) and dryclean service. Please leave at the reception your bag with your garments to be cleaned and iron; we guarantee delivery in the next 24 hours.
Do you offer room service?
Room service is guarantee from 8 am to 9 pm.
What kind of board can I book?
We offer bed&breakfast basis and half board (breakfast and dinner).
And if I want to have lunch instead of dinner?
Unfortunately our restaurant is closed for lunch meal. Our staff will be happy to assist you and suggest the best restaurants in the area.
